Get ShipToBox membership for free. Our members are smart enough. They pay less on shopping and shipping. But for a much cheaper rate on each shipping and more facilities, you may take our VIP membership plan. All our pricings are transparent, and we charge for extra benefits if you want. We are providing the following services to our members based on standard and VIP membership.

Consolidation
We consolidate your packages from different sellers for FREE. We reduce your extra packaging and save more on your shipping cost.
Repackaging
For safe delivery of your item(s), we may repack your package(s) if needed; we may change or combine packaging for FREE.
Box Receive Fee
We only charge you a receiving fee when we receive your box.
Photo Fee
We will send your item(s) images if you need them. You can request detailed pictures of your box serial number or the package(s) to ensure your items arrived safely.
Extra Packing Material
If you need extra security for your valuable item(s) or your package is fragile, you may request additional packing material. We provide extra bubble wrap, cushioning, and fragile stickers for special packing.
Insurance Coverage in Warehouse
It will cover from receiving package in our warehouse until ship-out your package. This insurance covers damage/lost in the warehouse.
Shipping Insurance Coverage
It will cover from ship-out your packages until delivery to your door. Insurance is applicable only if package is LOST after we ship out. Insurance will not cover any Damage on Items or any LOST item inside the box or Delay or Custom problem.

Items Fee
We do not charge any processing fee for your first 10 items. After the first 10 items, we will charge for each item as per our policy.
Pick-up From Warehouse Fee
You can simply pick-up your product from our warehouse. In that case, we will charge per LB. Even you can use your shipping label, if you have created it from anywhere, to ship your product.
Dangerous Goods Fee
Few dangerous goods may have some risk to health, safety, property, or the environment. That is why we charge some extra amount for dangerous goods.
Free Storage Date
When we receive your package(s) in our warehouse, we provide you free storage facility. Standard members get 45 days, and VIP members get 90 days of storage for FREE. Over 180 days your packages will be destroyed.
